How hiring works
- Apply online using the Moving or Cleaning application above. Emailed resumes are not reviewed.
- Screening: we review every application against the role’s minimum requirements.
- Interview: a structured interview about the job’s main duties, safety and reliability.
- References and background check before any offer, especially for driving roles.
- Offer: pay, schedule and who you report to, in writing.
Your first 30 days
- Day 1: paperwork, uniform and safety gear, and a walk-through of how we work.
- Days 1–14: deliveries and smaller moves, so you build experience and put what you learn into practice.
- Days 15–30: you’re paired with an experienced Crew Lead to finish your training and probationary period.
- Every week: a check-in with management to make sure you understand the work and have what you need.
What we expect
- Show up on time, ready to work, in uniform.
- Follow safety procedures every time: proper lifting, spotters when backing, required gear.
- Treat every home and every customer with respect.
- Report damage or problems right away. We fix honest mistakes; we don’t tolerate hiding them.
