Website Terms of Use

Vantage Moving Solutions LLC — Website Terms and Conditions

Document VG-LEG-002 · Version 1.0 · Effective October 2026 · Approved by Brent Caito, Executive Director

Purpose and Scope

These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of websites, web pages, forms, portals, applications, document-download areas, scheduling tools, customer-resource pages, account features, and other online resources controlled by Vantage Moving Solutions LLC (“Company,” “Vantage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “Vantage Group” is an internal, non-legal policy and organizational identifier used for policies and resources that apply across the Company’s Vantage Moving and VantageClean operating brands. It is not a corporation, legal entity, contracting party, or separately recognized business organization.

These Terms concern website and portal use only. They do not replace, rewrite, expand, or conflict with any signed customer service agreement, estimate, bill of lading, order for service, authorization, rate confirmation, claims document, financing agreement, or other transaction-specific agreement.

Document Relationship and Order of Precedence

  1. These Terms govern use of Vantage websites, forms, portals, and online resources.
  2. These Terms do not independently create a moving-service or cleaning-service contract.
  3. Submitting a quote request, contact form, employment inquiry, claim notice, or other website form does not guarantee service, employment, claim approval, availability, pricing, or acceptance by the Company.
  4. Moving services are governed by the applicable signed estimate, order for service, bill of lading, tariff, valuation selection, claims provisions, and other moving documents.
  5. Cleaning services are governed by the applicable signed VantageClean Master Service Agreement, estimate, authorization, booking confirmation, and related documents.
  6. If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement or transaction-specific document, that signed agreement or transaction-specific document controls for that transaction.
  7. The separate Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information.
  8. Financing, payment plans, and third-party services may also be governed by the provider’s separate terms.

1. Acceptance of Website Terms

By accessing or using a covered website or online resource, you agree to follow these Terms as they relate to website use. This acceptance does not mean that passive browsing creates a contract for moving or cleaning services. A service relationship arises only through the applicable written transaction documents and required acceptance process.

If you do not agree with these Terms, discontinue use of the covered websites and online resources.

2. Company Identity and Covered Websites

The legal entity responsible for the covered websites is Vantage Moving Solutions LLC. Vantage Moving and VantageClean are operating names or brands of that legal entity. “Vantage Group” may appear on external policy documents as an internal, non-legal identifier for policies that apply to both operating brands, but it has no separate legal status and is not a contracting party. The Company’s business address is 10673 W Lake Hazel Rd, Suite 6, Boise, Idaho 83709.

These Terms apply to Company-controlled websites, subdomains, forms, portals, applications, and digital resources that display or link to them, including:

  • vantagemoving.com
  • docs.vantagemoving.com
  • micromove.vantagemoving.com, when active
  • vantagecleanboise.com
  • vantagecleanidaho.com
  • vantagecleanmeridian.com
  • Other websites, subdomains, forms, portals, or applications that Vantage Moving Solutions LLC identifies as governed by these Terms.

A third-party website is not Company-controlled merely because it mentions or links to a Vantage operating name, brand, or service.

3. Website Information Is General Information

Website content is provided for general informational and customer-resource purposes. It may not reflect every service condition, property condition, operational limitation, service location, availability issue, or customer-specific requirement.

Website content does not replace a written estimate, signed agreement, safety instruction, claim procedure, or other transaction-specific document. Users should rely on the applicable written transaction documents for confirmed service terms.

4. Quotes, Estimates, Bookings, and Service Requests

Online quote requests, contact forms, scheduling requests, and preliminary estimates are requests for evaluation and are not automatic confirmations of service. Final availability, scope, price, crew requirements, equipment, scheduling, and other terms may depend on the information supplied by the customer, the Company’s evaluation, and the applicable written transaction documents.

Users should provide complete and accurate information about locations, access conditions, property, inventory, timing, requested services, and other relevant circumstances. Nothing in this section creates pricing, payment, cancellation, or refund terms beyond those stated in the applicable transaction documents.

5. No Professional Advice

Website content is not legal, tax, financial, insurance, real-estate, medical, safety, or other professional advice. General information about moving, cleaning, preparation, packing, maintenance, or safety must be evaluated in light of the user’s specific circumstances. Appropriate professional advice should be obtained when needed.

6. User Responsibilities

When using a covered website or online resource, users must:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, complete, and current information;
  • Not impersonate another person or misrepresent identity, authority, or affiliation;
  • Not submit information or materials without authority to do so;
  • Protect account credentials when account features exist and promptly address suspected unauthorized use;
  • Use forms and portals only for lawful purposes;
  • Not upload malicious, infringing, deceptive, confidential without authorization, or otherwise unauthorized material;
  • Follow instructions associated with specific forms, portals, resources, and services; and
  • Notify the Company if they reasonably believe an account, submission, or communication has been compromised.

7. Prohibited Website Uses

Users may not use covered websites or resources to:

  • Engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, or harassing conduct;
  • Obtain or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or restricted areas;
  • Conduct security or vulnerability testing without prior written permission;
  • Introduce malware or harmful code, launch automated attacks, overload systems, or disrupt service;
  • Scrape or automatically collect data in a manner that interferes with operation, bypasses restrictions, or violates applicable rights;
  • Misrepresent identity, authority, affiliation, services, or communications;
  • Upload or distribute content that violates another party’s privacy, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights;
  • Use Company content, forms, branding, or systems to mislead customers or falsely suggest endorsement or affiliation; or
  • Circumvent technical, security, authentication, or access restrictions.

This section does not prohibit normal customer use, ordinary browser functions, or indexing by legitimate search engines that respects applicable technical instructions and does not materially interfere with website operation.

8. Customer Submissions and Form Content

Users retain ownership of information and materials they lawfully submit. By submitting them, users grant the Company only the permissions reasonably necessary to receive, review, process, store, transmit, document, and respond to the submission; administer the relevant inquiry or transaction; comply with applicable obligations; and maintain appropriate business records.

A submission does not guarantee acceptance, publication, service, employment, reimbursement, or claim approval. Users must have authority to submit photographs, documents, personal information, property information, and information concerning other people. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.

9. Employment and Applicant Submissions

Employment pages, applications, and recruiting forms provide a means to express interest or submit information. They do not create a promise of employment, an interview, continued consideration, or any specific employment term.

Applicants must provide accurate and current information and must have authority to provide uploaded records. Any separate authorization or notice required for screening or other employment processes will be presented independently when applicable.

10. Claims and Incident Submissions

A website claim, damage, incident, safety, or support form is a method for transmitting information to the Company. Submission does not establish liability, waive defenses, guarantee coverage, approve payment, extend any deadline, or replace requirements contained in the applicable signed agreement or governing law.

Users should retain confirmation of submission and follow all instructions in the applicable service agreement and claim materials. If a confirmation is not received or the matter is time-sensitive, the user should promptly contact the Company through an appropriate published channel. These Terms do not establish or modify any claim deadline or procedure.

11. Electronic Communications

Users who submit forms or provide contact information may receive transaction-related communications concerning an inquiry, requested or scheduled service, documents, claims, accounts, safety matters, or support requests. Such communications may be delivered through the contact information the user provides, subject to applicable law and any transaction-specific terms.

Operational communications are separate from optional marketing communications. Agreement to these Terms is not blanket consent to receive automated marketing calls or text messages. Marketing communications will be handled according to the applicable consent language and opt-out instructions presented with the relevant communication or form.

12. Intellectual Property and Brand Use

Except for third-party materials, website content—including original text, graphics, branding, logos, layout, downloadable materials, and other Company-created content—is owned by or licensed to Vantage Moving Solutions LLC and is protected as applicable.

Users may view website content for ordinary personal, noncommercial purposes and may download materials specifically made available for that purpose, subject to any accompanying restrictions. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, resale, false attribution, brand impersonation, or use suggesting unauthorized endorsement or affiliation is prohibited.

The Company does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, customer-owned materials, government forms, or public-domain content. Those materials remain subject to their applicable rights and terms.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Covered websites may link to or use third-party payment processors, scheduling services, mapping services, communication platforms, financing providers, customer-management systems, document-signing services, or other providers. Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security controls.

A link, integration, or reference does not by itself mean that the Company owns, controls, or endorses the third party. Users should review the terms and privacy notices applicable to the third-party service before using it. Transaction-specific documents may contain additional terms concerning a particular provider.

14. Website Availability, Accuracy, and Changes

The Company may update, correct, suspend, restrict, or discontinue website content or features when reasonably appropriate, including for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons. The Company does not guarantee that covered websites or online functionality will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to keep material business and contact information accurate. Users should nevertheless confirm transaction-specific information through the applicable written service documents and direct communications concerning their transaction.

15. Disclaimer of Website Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COVERED WEBSITES, GENERAL WEBSITE CONTENT, AND ONLINE FUNCTIONALITY ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES REGARDING WEBSITE ACCESS, WEBSITE CONTENT, AND ONLINE FUNCTIONALITY TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

This disclaimer does not erase, limit, or alter any express obligation or warranty that the Company explicitly accepts in a signed service agreement or transaction-specific document. It also does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability for Website Use

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising solely from access to or inability to access a covered website, reasonable reliance on general website information, use of third-party links, or unauthorized interference with website operation, where such limitation is legally enforceable.

This section applies only to website access, content, and online functionality. It does not establish or modify any limitation concerning moving damage, cleaning damage, customer property claims, bodily injury, cargo liability, valuation coverage, service performance, or any other matter governed by a signed service agreement or applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user will be responsible for reasonable losses, liabilities, and costs arising from that user’s unlawful website use, material violation of these Terms, unauthorized submission, or infringement of another party’s rights. This provision does not require a user to indemnify the Company for the Company’s own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach.

18. Privacy

The separate Vantage Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, retained, and protected. It is incorporated into these Terms only as it relates to use of the covered websites and should be reviewed upon request. If a transaction-specific privacy notice applies, that notice should also be reviewed.

19. Accessibility

Vantage seeks to make its websites and online resources reasonably usable and accessible. A user who encounters an access problem or needs information in another available format may contact operations@vantagemoving.com. Please identify the page or resource involved, the nature of the difficulty, and a preferred method of response. The Company will consider reasonable available options.

20. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

To report alleged infringement involving website content, send a written notice to operations@vantagemoving.com. The notice should identify the protected work, identify and locate the allegedly infringing material, provide the reporting party’s name and contact information, include a good-faith statement explaining the concern, and provide supporting information reasonably sufficient for review.

The Company may request additional information and may take reasonable interim or corrective action after review. This process does not represent that the Company has appointed a registered agent under any particular statute.

21. Security Reporting

Suspected security vulnerabilities should be reported privately to operations@vantagemoving.com. Include a clear description, affected page or feature, steps sufficient to understand the issue, and contact information for follow-up. Do not access data beyond what is necessary to identify the issue, disrupt services, or publicly disclose the suspected vulnerability before giving the Company a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.

This reporting process does not authorize security testing, access to restricted systems, or a reward or bug-bounty program.

22. Suspension or Termination of Website Access

The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate website access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, suspected fraud, security risks, abuse, disruption, or a material violation of these Terms. The Company may also preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful investigations or requests.

Restriction or termination of website access does not automatically cancel amounts owed, signed service agreements, pending claims, or legal obligations. Those matters continue to be governed by their applicable documents and law.

23. Changes to These Terms

The Company may revise these Terms from time to time. Each published version will display an effective date and version number. Material changes will be posted through an appropriate website notice or another reasonable method before or when they take effect, as appropriate under the circumstances.

Revised Website Terms govern website use on and after their stated effective date. They do not retroactively rewrite an already signed service contract or transaction-specific document.

24. Governing Law and Venue

Except where controlling law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes concerning use of the covered websites are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to principles that would require application of another jurisdiction’s law. Subject to any controlling legal requirement, venue for such disputes will lie in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Boise or Ada County, Idaho.

This section does not create an arbitration requirement, waive any right that cannot lawfully be waived, or displace a governing-law or venue provision in a signed service agreement for a transaction governed by that agreement.

25. Severability, No Waiver, and Entire Website Agreement

25.1 Severability

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed as necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

25.2 No Waiver

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision on one occasion is not a permanent waiver of that provision or any other right.

25.3 Entire Website Agreement

These Terms and website policies expressly incorporated into them constitute the agreement concerning use of the covered websites and online resources. Signed service agreements and transaction-specific documents remain separate and control their respective transactions. The Privacy Policy separately controls the handling of personal information.
